• All orders must be placed through our official website or WhatsApp line.
• Payments must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unpaid, suspected of fraud, or violates our policies.

4. Delivery

We deliver across all LGAs in Lagos. Free delivery is available in Alimosho, Amuwo-Odofin, and Ikeja on designated days. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available during scheduled deliveries.

5. Refunds & Returns

Please review our Refund and Store Credit Policy for details regarding eligible refunds and returns. Damaged or spoiled products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Customer Conduct

Customers must treat Green Soku Farm staff and delivery agents with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for abusive behavior, fraud, or repeated policy violations.
