Minimum Order Policy

No minimum order required — order as little or as much as you need.

Orders should be placed up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery day.

Free Delivery, Every Time

Enjoy free doorstep delivery on all orders, regardless of size. No hidden delivery fees — ever.

Payment Policies

  • Payment must be made online or via bank transfer before delivery.
  • Orders will be processed only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Routine

We deliver weekly based on a predetermined schedule:

  • Alimosho: Tuesdays and Fridays
  • Amuwo: Saturdays and Wednesdays
  • Ikeja: Thursdays and Sundays

Delivery Code Policy

A unique delivery code will be generated for each order. This code must be provided to the delivery agent upon arrival.

Pricing Strategy

  • We maintain competitive pricing with other fresh produce delivery services in Lagos.
  • Prices are dynamic based on seasonal availability, demand, and market trends.

Next-Day Delivery

  • Available for orders above ₦200,000.
  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Liability

GreenSoku will not be liable for damage or loss caused by missed deliveries, except where reasonable care was not exercised.

Missed Delivery Policy

  • If delivery fails due to customer absence or other issues, we will notify you via phone, SMS, or email.
  • We may attempt redelivery on the same or next available delivery day, depending on product shelf life.
  • For perishable items, we may refrigerate them or reroute to a nearby pickup location.
  • Customer Options:
    • Collect from our warehouse or pickup point
    • Receive a refund or store credit
    • Reschedule for another day

Refund and Store Credit Policy

  • Return damaged or spoiled products within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
  • If delivery is not possible due to our fault, you’ll receive a full refund or store credit.
  • If the missed delivery is due to customer unavailability, a small handling fee may be deducted.
  • Contact customer service within 24 hours for other issues. We’ll resolve promptly.

General Terms

  • GreenSoku reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
  • By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated above.
