At Green Soku Farm, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to deliver farm-fresh, high-quality produce. Due to the perishable nature of our products, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, freshness, and food safety.

🥬 1. Perishable Goods Policy

Most of our items are perishable (vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, grains). As such:

  • Returns are only accepted for spoiled or damaged items upon delivery.
  • You must report any issues within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to request a photo or video proof before processing your return or refund.

💸 2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Items delivered damaged, spoiled, or incorrect are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • If we’re unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances on our end, we will provide a full refund or store credit.
  • If a missed delivery is caused by customer unavailability, a small handling fee may be deducted from the refund or credit.

⏳ 3. Refund Process

Once your complaint is validated:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2–5 working days via the original payment method or direct transfer.
  • You may also choose to receive a store credit to use on your next order.

🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products not reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Items damaged after delivery due to poor handling or storage
  • Change-of-mind purchases after items have been dispatched
